VILLABAJOis a beautiful, peaceful and lovingly designed holiday retreat in the province of Málaga, located in the municipality of Moclinejo, just 25 minutes by car from the coast and approximately 50 minutes from Málaga Airport.

Situated on a plateau at over 670 meters above sea level, with a fantastic 360-degree view over the mountainous "Axarquía" region, you can enjoy not only stunning sea views but, on many days, even admire the mountainous contours of the African coastline. Sunrises and sunsets are spectacular all year round, and the clear night sky is simply breathtaking.

VILLABAJO is set on a large private property. As visible in the photos, it is clearly divided into two very spacious areas. Part 1 is VILLARRIBA, which is permanently occupied by the hosts. Part 2 is VILLABAJO, which is the guest area.

The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. The interior design and furnishings are a charming blend of modern style and rustic Andalusian character.

There are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.

The heart of VILLABAJO is the living area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge-freezer combination, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, air fryer, raclette grill, as well as a washing machine and coffee machine.

Adjacent to this is a comfortable sofa seating area around a closed fireplace, a smart TV, a Bluetooth sound system, and an Alexa device.

Outside, you will find a private pool for the exclusive use of guests at any time of day (and night), sun loungers, a large trampoline, and an Andalusian-style outdoor kitchen with sink, barbecue, and seating areas.

The access road initially leads along a winding country road, freshly asphalted in 2024, offering breathtaking views of the landscape even on the way there. The final stretch consists of a typical, well-maintained rural track. We drive this route several times a day with a standard vehicle.

At VILLABAJO, in Moclinejo and the surrounding area, there is something for everyone: relaxing, swimming, hiking and walking, sunbathing, dining, sightseeing, stargazing… and much more.
